Improvement area: If certain timelines can't be met, providing an update will suffice. I was on a night shift and second guessing if I should wait a little longer for their personnel to deliver the documents. Turns out they can't on the scheduled date . I wasted a few hours. It's not a deal breaker for me but can leave some clients furious. Also more attention to email details. I agreed to reschedule on Tuesday the following week but they replied that it will be delivered on Monday(They shouldn't have asked me my preferred day if it's not going to be followed)
