Consult Services
- The advices given, and opinions expressed by the partners under this service are being dispensed solely by the partners and do not necessarily reflect the views or positions of Taxumo Inc.
- The consult session is done through Zoom and you will receive the invite, via the contact information you provided, once payment is received and schedule is confirmed
- When joining the meeting, use the email address you used for the registration, to be automatically admitted into the call
- This is a one-on-one event. Our goal is to address questions which concern you and to facilitate a smooth conversation between you and the partner
- The partner will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes in the consultation platform. The client is considered a no show beyond the 15-minute threshold, if without prior notice. If you fail to show up and attend the scheduled meeting, the partner is considered to have rendered complete service
- Any request to reschedule is subject to approval and the client will be charged a rescheduling fee of Php750.00. For rescheduling requests, please contact cs@taxumo.com at least 24 hours before your original meeting schedule
- All meeting charges are final and non-refundable. Clients are expected to be available on the selected date and time. Clients are presumed to have chosen their schedules with complete information on and agreed to the terms of the service and corresponding costs
- No requests for refund will be entertained, except if the failure to render service was due to the fault or negligence of the partner as supported by proof forwarded to the administrator and designated email within 24 hours from end time of the meeting
BizLink Services
- Taxumo does not bear any form of liability for any issue arising from the engagement, transaction with, and services provided by the third-party partners.
- The relationship between you and the Partner is subject to the terms and conditions which you will directly agree upon.
- Taxumo only serves as a connector and facilitator in this arrangement and shall not be liable nor assume responsibility for the actions or omissions of the third-party service provider.
- Placing an order signifies your full understanding of an agreement to the terms and conditions, including the separate and distinct relationship and engagement with the third-party partner.
- All orders are final and non-refundable, except in the event that the service cannot be performed due to it being unfeasible. This exception is subject to approval and discussion with the partner.
- The third party partner will provide with a detailed list of their requirements and additional service fees. Additionally, they may seek clarification on certain aspects of the order to ensure accurate assessment and scope of services.
- Pricing may change without prior notice. Additional fees may be billed separately by the partner, depending on the extent of services to be performed.
- Inclusions may vary per partner and will be discussed upon engagement.
- All products and services are final and non-refundable.
- If a refund is deemed necessary, the customer must submit a formal request to Taxumo, including the reason for the refund and any supporting documentation.
- Taxumo and the partner will jointly review the request's validity and reach a mutual decision. If work has been performed, the partner’s refund policy regarding the amount will apply.
