This service helps you resolve and settle any verified open cases with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), ensuring compliance and addressing any outstanding issues.

• Review of open BIR cases and associated documentation
• Preparation and submission of required responses or corrective actions
• Assistance with negotiating or settling any penalties or disputes
• Guidance on finalizing the resolution and obtaining case closure
• The filing of BIR forms is included, typically ranging from ₱500 per form, except for income tax returns with transactions, which can range from ₱5,600.00 and higher. These fees will be billed separately by the partner.
