Description

This service provides ongoing accounting support for businesses, ensuring accurate financial management and end-to-end tax compliance. Ideal for those who need a dedicated professional to manage their financial records, reporting, and regulatory obligations effectively.

Prerequisite

Must have an active Taxumo account and subscription. If you don't have an account yet, contact customercare@taxumo.com.

Service Inclusions:

✅ Quarterly and Annual Tax Compliance & Filing 
✅ Guidance in Bookkeeping (Manual entry in books to be done by the client)

Note:  Zoom consultations are available upon request and may be subject to an additional charge.

Exclusions: 

• All tasks and activities to comply with the requirements of a BIR audit under a Letter of Authority and other government audits are NOT included in the scope of our services and shall be subject of separate discussions as they arise.
• Submission of other annual reportorial requirements such as Loose-Leaf Books of Account, Inventory List, 2316 of employees (if applicable) are not yet included and will be billed separately.
• Manual submissions and other transactions requiring personal appearance in the BIR and other government offices are subject to separate fees.
• Please note that Audited Financial Statements Preparation and Business Renewal is considered a separate engagement and applicable charges shall apply.
  

Reminders

• Availing of retainer services means you agree to be billed on a monthly basis, with the billing date recurring each month based on the date of your first payment (this will serve as your statement billing date). An invoice will be sent to you each billing cycle, and payment must be processed via bank deposit. If you require a different billing frequency (e.g., quarterly, semi-annual), please coordinate directly with us. Failure to pay for the billing cycle will result in interruption of the retainer services.
• The customer must delegate their Taxumo account to the selected partner to facilitate service delivery.
• The retainer contract is solely between the customer and the partner; Taxumo is not a party to this agreement.
• The partner, as a third-party service provider, will use Taxumo exclusively as the tool for delivering the retainer service.
• Price includes VAT. Additional charges based on service needs will be discussed and billed by your partner.
• All orders are final and non-refundable.
• Once your order is paid, you will receive an official email endorsement to your chosen partner.
• Inclusions may vary per partner and will be discussed upon engagement.
• Taxumo only serves as a connector and facilitator in this arrangement and shall not be liable nor assume responsibility for the actions or omissions of the third-party service provider.
